Just ended a meeting for Ellery's short film, it's the first time I am doing a short film. Rather refreshing and new, never do short film before. It's like can't afford to pay anyone, not even the crews, casts, production team members. Peiyun and Seng Kwang are nice people who are so willing to do alot of things for free. I am still learning and breaking my walls in doing things for free, like locations recee and finding sponsors. Am so used to being paid to do the jobs. Hoping that this short film will turn up fine for everyone, especially for me, I wana build up my portfolio.
So far, locations, sponsors, casts are mainly being covered. I just have to help in places I needed. Need to source for generator, crew van/truck, passenger van, some locations recee, food sponsor etc.
Overall, just making myself busy so that my mind will not wonder to other issues. Got a class gathering next Thur, not sure if I wana go or not cos the only thing I can talk about and am pround to mention is my work. Have no boyfriend or love life to say. Don't really know them well and moreover, I still remember that they don't like me in school times. Well, if Angeline not going then there is no point for me to go either.
When to see Ellery editing in the afternoon, the scenes and shots are done rather nice, though it's not my style. Some are either too dark in lighting or only the backshots are seen, however, I quite like how Ellery and the editor inputs and music choosen. Can't wait to see the final product.
I really hate night time, it make me think of him and how lonely I am without love. Just hate to be alone without anythings to do. Maybe it's time for me to sign up for SDC or some match make agencies.
